II. Characteristics
With advanced welding technology, there is large space for up and down movement, which is convenient for the pressing of workpieces. The working pressure can be preset. It can be equipped with electronic digital tonnage display and hydraulic system heat dissipation device. Independent and movable pump station, return hydraulic control unloading, optional protective net.
Several typical types of hydraulic press structure:
1. Three beams and four columns hydraulic press. This is the most common type of structure, especially for large-scale free forging hydraulic press.
2. Integral frame hydraulic press. The main frame is integrally welded or integrally cast, as shown in the following pull type free forging hydraulic press.
3. EVA forming hydraulic press. Four column guide balance structure, even table pressure, the system adopts hydraulic device, single-stage or two-stage, electronic control system, manual and semi-automatic circulation structure.
4. Single arm hydraulic press. This kind of structure is mostly used in stamping hydraulic press or small-scale straightening hydraulic press. The frame of single arm hydraulic press is of integral cast steel structure or steel plate welding structure, which is simple in structure and can approach the workpiece from three directions during operation, so the operation is simple and convenient. In order to ensure that the frame has sufficient strength and rigidity, sometimes the frame is relatively heavy, but the accuracy in the stamping and calibration work of the machine is guaranteed, and the processing efficiency is improved.
